I don't know if I should be a physical therapist, ob/gyn or neonatologist

I want to be a doctor but I don't know which one to choose out of all three. I want to help people but then again I love babies and will love to specialize in them.however being a physical therapist requires less time than the other options. I'm conflicted on which path I should choose. Help please
