how much med mal ins do you pay?

informal poll...how much do those of you who practice medicine pay in med mal ins? if you are uncomfortable with giving real numbers, perhaps you could indicate how much you pay out in the form of a % of your gross income?

i'm curious how much you have to bleed out each year to stay partially protected. if you could indicate which state you practice in, that'd be cool
