How much improvement did you see in your 2nd/3rd round of Destroyer?

I'm going through the gen chem and bio section of the Destroyer for the 2nd time right now, and I'm not seeing much improvement from my first run through. I was wondering how much improvement did you guys see in your 2nd or 3rd run through with Destroyer compared with your first?

Off the top of my head, I remember the second time I went through bio, I separated it into "tests" of 20 questions for all 500-600 questions or whatever it was. My worst score was 11/20 and my best was 19/20 with averages probably around 15.
