I think this question depends too much on the quality of your foreign language program. Do your teacher and your fellow classmates speak only in Spanish during classtime? Do you get a decent amount of homework? It might be easier to talk to other kids at your high school.
 
Oh my, I'd put it around 4 or 5 good years of Spanish. Scoring really high on foreign language subject tests is hard to do. I would know, since I took a practice French one and had to validate my existence afterwards through excessive head-desk-banging. Your best bet, really, is to take a few practice Spanish subject tests and see where you stand.
