hospital culture resource book

is there a hospital culture resource book one can recommend?
I am looking for a good resource to self-learn how to read and identify errors or non-important results with blood, sputum, urine cultures, etc.

Yes, I also thought "who would write a book about how to work in a toxic environment". Great minds think a like I guess, lol
