I know there is at least 2 threads in existence, but I had a different question to ask regarding a home mortgage.

I started my intern year, its cool, it sux, is depressing it rewarding....whatever


My question is has anybody been able to snag a INTEREST only, 100% financing, no PMI mortgage???

I hope the few who have done this can drop their sources on me...thanks in advance

You can get a 80/20 loan or a 95/5 or a 80/15/5 loan and you will not have to pay PMI on any of them. Do search on google and you should be able to find lots of loan places. Try countrywide, eloan, etc.

I am looking for a very specific product, a INTERST only ARM. I have contacted over a dozen places and all have been unhelpful secondary to the debt load(120k)
