Help needed please

hi everyone ! im taking my CT MPJE next week and i cant find this one thing!!! for non-control substances....pharmacists can change certain stuff on the RX right ?? or is this not allowed in CT ? if allowed, what can pharmacists add/change to the Rx ??? thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!
