If you have any thoughts about any of the programs below, please feel free to comment or PM me. I have them roughly grouped into "tiers." Hoping for an academic career, to keep IM fellowship doors open, and I do prefer either living in or being in close proximity to a major city.

The way you have them looks fine with UTSW as the major outlier followed RWJ being the only other place I'm familiar with. The biggest issue with soliciting advice on these forums is you're going to get advice from 2 groups of people. The first is fellow applicants who have the most recent information, but know nothing you don't and may even have ulterior motives . The second is people who are in academia who's information's probably outdated. At the end of the day, your own inclination is going to be most accurate.
