Wondering if anyone knows if a shortened PR but normal sinus rhythm could be a sign of cardiac arrest from heart failure post-op?
Little confused... "cardiac arrest" means "arrest of cardiac function." If they have normal sinus rhythm, it is impossible for them to be in cardiac arrest.

Technically you could have PEA which can look like sinus on the monitor... but I agree, ops question makes no sense.
