Graduating in December. Can I add post-bac credits to spring?

I am applying to several schools that require statistics. I am graduating in December and am unable to add Statistics to the fall semester. I would like to take Stats in the spring if I end up still wanting to go to one of the schools that require it. However, this will not show up on my AMCAS app because I do not know at what school I will be able to take this class. Will I automatically be rejected from schools when they do not see Stats on my AMCAS app? Any way to avoid this?
