GPO Recommendations: need group purchasing organization

I have access to the Peds Pal GPO via ISIS, but wondering if there are better ones out there to belong to for an interventional pain practice. In particular, I'm hoping to find one with discounts on ultrasound machines (long shot probably).

I haven't tried it but was thinking that's not a bad setup, though I'd prefer a wireless transducer.

I've seen a colleagues.

It's okay for using for not too deep structures like tpi but I wasn't too impressed for nerve structures...

I would feel comfortable using it for median or ulnar nerve blocks, Joints, but not for intercostals or brachial plexus or stellates. Probably not for genfem either, since most of my patients are obese
