What's your yearly breakdown of GPA? Those things change everything. Calculate your GPA for each school, then come back.
Also, check their websites again, but more carefully. There are no science pre-reqs at UBC anymore.
BUT...if your GPA isn't significantly different in the later years (i.e 3.9+) then Toronto, Alberta, UBC, Ottawa are out. Sask is out because of your MCAT. Queen's is a black box. Mac as a non-ON person would be pretty impossible with a 3.7, but you could try
