Are those SAT scores? Wow, it has been so many years since I have seen those that they are not familiar to me. I think you should be looking into those 6-year (undergrad+grad) programs. If you want to be a PT, you need to go to grad school. You can also go the traditional route and do an undergrad first than do the grad after that.
You can check the US News Report rankings if you are concerned with a school's ranking in PT, but I don't know how reliable it is. Other than that, every school has its own niche and there are many programs that are the same in terms of quality.
I recommend you save as much money as possible and go the cheapest route in your specific area. Read the threads that are stickied to the top of this forum and do some research yourself. The more you read and learn the better you will be prepared to apply. Good luck!
