$5000 signing bonus $2500 payable upon signing contract $2500 payable upon 30th day of employment, full medial benefits, continuing education reimbursement, state requires 15 credit hours per year, malpractice insurance will also be paid, guaranteed minimum salary of 182,000 based on 5 day week, and 145,600 based on 4 day week, will receive 1 week vacation the first year, 2 weeks vacation the second year and 2 weeks vacation and 1 week personal days the 3rd year.
