It seems that the majority of pharm students in most schools are women. Do you think that being a man has an advantage being a minority or a disadvantage?

This topic (or related topic) has been done to death...you can check out the old posts before... For me, I would think gender does NOT matter in majority of any job, except for being male for husband, and female for wife
