For Undecided Uic Prospectives

I am starting this thread in hope of getting a spot at the UIC campus this coming fall. I was assigned to the UPR track and I badly BADLY want to go to Chicago. If there is anyone that has a spot at Chicago and somewhere else, please let me know if you decide to go elsewhere. I believe there is a process where two students can exchange spots. PLEASE! I hate to sound like such a little hoe but Chicago is my number one choice where I can continue research. I will be willing to even pay......I hope this isn't illegal. Anyway, I will damn it!!
