I thought of another tip today...
I came across my old AP test prep books from high school, and I think those would be REALLY helpful in preparing for at least the bio section. That's the only science AP I took, but I'm sure the AP prep books for chem and physics would help too. The material was all the same stuff covered on the OAT. I personally used the Cliff Notes AP Bio prep book, 2nd edition, and I got a 5 on the AP test, so I highly recommend Cliff Notes, if they still sell that.
