For M4's and 4th year GS

Can anyone that is currently interviewing at integrated plastic programs or for GS with intentions of doing plastics, tell the rest of us what it's like?

are they friendly? pimp? pleasant?

i dont know of anyone at my school or in the last several years that went down this route and it be nice to know what it's like....

Very few places pimp during residency interviews anymore, especially for Gen Surg (since its a buyer's market). However, MANY of the integrated programs did ask you to do something demonstrating your artistic "eye" - ie, carve a facial structure out of soap, draw a face, etc.
