Unlikely unless you're a distinguished professor of orthopedics at your local medical school with an impressive list of first author publications.

Assuming you have orthopaedic surgery training in your country than it is possible to obtain a fellowships in the U.S. as an IMG. They are not always the most desired fellowships, nor are they always accredited.

If you are not trained in orthopaedics, then there is ZERO chance of obtaining a clinical fellowship.

This is an old thread - I would like to get an insight into this if possible.
Any one got fellowships in North America or even else where?
In orthopedics peds, sports, spine.. etc.
