fellowship programs - for those who did residency outside US

Hi,
Is their any fellowship training program in US, for those who have trained/did their residency elsewhere? If so, how to apply for those programs? since most of the program require orthopaedic residency for accredited institution. Is their any website to check for the list of fellowship program ( apart from FREIDA, as it gives only the list of accredited program). I would really appreciate, if somebody provide me information about the same
