If you're wondering how to do better on the verbal reasoning section, I must admit to you that the section is less about speed reading and more about spending time on the questions.
You have to get comfortable with the fact that you will not understand everything in the passage. Once you get the gist of it, you move on...
Anyway, I'm totally speculating on why you want to learn how to read faster... but if you have a normal reading speed already, and you just want to get better at MCAT passages, you should just do more practice.
