if someone wanted to stop dialysis which would result in death, is that euthansia or physician assisted death ?

Euthanasia is when physician administers the lethal dose of medicine to the patient. Physician assisted suicide is when physician only prescribes the medicine but does not administer it to the patient (aka patient goes home and then takes medicine by there-self).

Stopping dialysis would neither; just autonomy.
