I heard that LSU-New Orleans took from within this year. I believe Oschner has already sent out invites. Shreveport is still undecided. I am not sure about Tulane. Hope this helps.

No rejection letters but emailed Temple University and Thomas Jefferson UH and was told they had already emailed their interview invitations 2 weeks ago so if you havent heard, then assume its a no!

Congrats to the ones who are still getting IVs! I think everyone is in the middle of IV trail. Very little number of IVs were sent out during the last couple weeks. To me it is so quiet. By the end of March, I am done. Waiting game is coming...

I think they CAN help. I don't think they hurt. If you're thinking about asking your PD, I'd go for it!

Phone calls never hurt. Our own GI chief would call places to advocate for residents which from my limited experience seems to help.
