Latest issue of Wired talks about research on Nav1.7 sodium channels. I didn't know any one with congenital insensitivity to pain had lived to adulthood. Article really oversimplifies pain though- uses the phrase "pain receptors" too much. And I hate the title of the article. Comment section reliably populated by opioid advocates. Enjoy
