DPT resume

Howdy!
I am struggling a bit on how to structure my resume for DPT programs. Should I put a skills section and also an objective? If any one has any advice or templates that have helped them please let me know!

Start with the latest. Don/t mention high school, just college.

School, years, decree, GPA, awards/honors

EXPERIENCE

Observation hours here: name of clinic, dates of observations, your work/responsibilities/population you observed (SHORTLY, maybe 1-2 lines) . Include work experience related to PT if any.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Whatever you feel they want to know: bilingual, certificates, a few of your strength (punctual, reliable, etc), work experience, etc
