The "Institut de physiatrie du Québec (IPQ)" on Sherbrooke street are for sure the best in Montreal (and Quebec, probably Canada). They're a large PM&R/anesthesia group with 4-5 physiatrists and a couple anesthesiologists who do spinal injections full time (4-5 days/week, most of them have 20+ years of experience). There's also the "Centre d'interventions spinales" which is the private side (the IPQ is covered by the public insurance so longer wait times).
