complete the USMLE Steps 1,2,3 for a license to practice Medicine in the United States.

It's not that easy for foreign medical graduates. They have an additional requirement of being certified by the ECFMG.

Alicha,

First you must work on your English. You will need to speak and write very good English before you try to get an American residency. Look for English classes at state or community colleges in your city.
