DO LOR from a fellow?

I've been super lucky to have a DO fellow to shadow and to write me a LOR. I'm mainly applying to DO schools, and I know it's a big plus if you have a DO letter of rec. My question is, does it matter if the letter is written from a fellow rather than an attending? I do have 2 other LOR from MD attendings if that helps too.

I think you would be fine. In fact, it might be more interesting because you are working with and receiving guidance from a current trainee. I say go for it!

Not as good as a DO attending letter.
Much better than no DO letter.
