Dental Do I have a chance at qualifying for the fee assistance program?

I’m applying to dental school this cycle and was counting on qualifying for the FAP because I am 27 years old and was independent from my parents for 2020. However, I just saw that everyone born after 1/1/94 has to send their parents’ info too, which would include me even though I am 27 and not claimed as a dependent by my parents. My parents’ combined incomes are higher than the income limit so I’m worried that this will disqualify me from the FAP. Am I not eligible?

Based on the FAP document, because you are not claimed as a dependent (=independent), you are not required to submit parental info as you are "26 or older":
