Distribution of Questions

Just wondering about the distribution of questions in general.

Is it a pretty good mix where each subject contributes fairly significantly, or are some over or under-represented like step 1? What about surgical specialties? I really hope those don't contribute much. My thought was that medicine is probably over-represented, and the surgical specialties are under-represented. Is this the case?
