Diploma mills? Job outlook?

I'm planning on applying to diploma mills because of my poor gpa and I've read somewhere that 50% of graduates get jobs at graduation while some schools have their 97% of students getting jobs at graduation. I willingly to relocate even. How does relocation work? Will I have to take a test at another state or just fill out some papers?

Like can you apply out of state while in school and if they like you, they tell you to relocate?
