Dental School requirements

Hi guys,

I am thinking about applying to dental schools; however, I was just looking at some pre-reqs for dental schools. I have all the basic pre-reqs but some schools like Columbia strongly recommend taking a foreign language course and sociology. If I do not take either of these courses, will my chances automatically decrease? Thanks!

I don't think it would decrease your chances - I never took a sociology course.

if its not required it won't hurt your chances. just worry about that GPA and dat score.
