Hours seem okay. Why do you want to be a physician? What is your purpose? As it stands, nothing described above sticks out that compels me to interview you. If you have had two gap years, where are your additional hours since graduating? In your clinical experience as a scribe or a cardiology MA?

If your Muslim identity is important, check your list against the AMMSA (corrected) chapters or see if schools have a similar affinity group.
