Deciding If to get American Diploma in clinical pharmacy or not ?

What are the courses that should I attend to after graduation ? And what about the American dipoma in Pharmacothrapeutics (clinical phamcy )?? Is it important for improving my medical & clinical information ?? And how to prepare for its exam ?? What are the books that would help in studying for it ??
