Dean told me my LORs uploaded today how come ERAS says my LORs not available?

My dean told me my 4 LORs have been uploaded today. I have already assigned them to the programs. Yet when I check ERAS several hours later they were still listed as not uploaded to post office yet. Did something get messed up along the way? Or does this take a long time?

I think it takes time for the system to register them.
