day 1 vs day 2

I understand that Day 1 is more Foundational Medicine. Is it more dx as opposed to tx questions? I have been scoring low on Day 1 type questions but am now sure how to focus on this. Also my Day 1 is days before my Day 2 and so I want to especially focus on it.
