I think you should be deciding between Dartmouth or UCI. 20k is a negligible difference overall, so I don't think it should be a deciding factor. However, if the 160k at UCI is including savings from living at home and the 180k at Dartmouth is including the cost of living on your own, I think you should consider if you will really be happy living at home throughout Med School. This might actually be a plus for you, but this could be a definite down side and worth thinking about. Also, is your financial aid at both of these schools guaranteed over the four years? In other words, is there a chance that you might not get the same level of aid in subsequent years? If so, that should probably be a factor because it could make one of these schools substantially more expensive. Otherwise, I think only you can decide which school will make you happiest and feel the most at home.

I think the difference in ranking between OUWB and Dartmouth/UCI should make it a non-factor. Especially given that it is only 60-80k cheaper and non F/F, mandatory attendance, honors, newness, etc. seem like significant downsides.

UWSMPH is absolutely not worth the extra money compared to Dartmouth/UCI. Great school, but definitely not great enough to make 260k+interest seem like a better option.

Are you still deciding between all four? Unless something has changed (either in your preferences, money), I still think OUWB and Wisconsin should not be factors.
