So I have a couple of CVS questions, if any nice soul can help please.

First question: I believe SA node infarction shows up on the leads II, III, avF (due to the fact that it's located on the inferior wall and supplied by RCA). But what about AV node infarction? In which leads does that show up?

Second question: The unequal blood pressure in the arms occurs only in type A aortic dissection (not in type B), right?

Thanks

Helpppppp please :(

Another qs: ASD's murmur is systolic or diastolic?
UW says systolic, FA16 says diastolic (pg 272)
