CSPM- comments please!

I am wondering about the current state of the program at CSPM. I know it was sliding downhill for a number of years but does anyone know how the program is now? Could anyone comment on their experience at CSPM? THANKS SO MUCH!

I chose CSPM for a number of reasons:

1) I live in California
2) I looked at the profiles from all of the DPM's at UCLA and in my area and they all went to CSPM
3) They put out one of the only clinical research journals
4) The people I interviewed with werew very nice

I am going to tell you that I think about getting lost in the shuffle of DMP students and here's what I think. I know that I am a very good student, I have good grades, and I know that no matter where I go to school, I can be a big fish in a small pond and make a difference.

What I have that alot of other of our comtempararies don't have is research experience.

Take what you have and do the best with it wherever.

There are no Ivy league Pod schools
