Hello everyone!
Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. I recently placed a deposit for CSPM and will be attending Fall 2021. I am starting to look into possible living situation around Oakland as I will be doing a cross state move. I have heard that Oakland can be quite sketchy and have high crime rates. Could someone give me some guidance on which neighborhoods in or around Oakland are nice and safe neighborhoods to live in? I plan to bring my car along so I am fine to commute and would not need to live right next to school. If there is already an updated resource that lists this information, it would be great to get the link to that!
