Hi everyone. So I am on track to receive a job offer for a covid pharmacist position at a minute clinic (ofc with one of the three letter retail stores). I am wondering whether it is worth accepting or not.

Based on the job description: overseeing pharm techs who will be performing COVID testing, interact with other health care professionals, resolve orders, review test results, provide patient consultations, ensure quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste drugs.

The pay is higher than average (~65-80/hour depending on experience). Work schedule is staggered meaning 10 hour shifts if assigned a weekday and 8 hour shifts for weekends but guaranteed 40 hours per week regardless. Contract position for 5-6 months. Not a travel position.

Any thoughts on how stressful the work is, retention rate, what a normal day looks like etc...
