I don't know how unique this is, but...Anyone have suggestions or experiences with fellowship and residency "couples matching"? Next year, I will be applying for fellowship as a PGY3 (considering neuro-ICU), and my fiancee will be an MS4 applying for residency. My home program does not have an ICU fellowship; she will be applying from another medical school (different from my training program institution). My concern is that the interview/matching schedule is different for residency and ICU fellowship.
