Chances to Match Neuro (US MD)? Aways?

Hello,

I have two questions:
1) What are my chances to match neuro? Applying 2024-2025. Low tier US MD school. Will probably come out low to average rank in my class. Vice president/co-founder of a club (not neuro related), current neurology club leadership position and another leadership position for another club in MS2 year. Unfortunately not a lot of research (as in only one experience in med school, no posters or anything).
2) Is it worth it to do aways, especially this late in the VSLO season?
