COT coming up... what to be prepared for

So, I will be attending COT May 28 and have already found out some good information. Buying the mess dress at a secondhand store or renting it both sound like good options.

My question is for those of you have attended COT or are privy to good advice going into it. Are there things you wished you had brought or things you wish you had known going into it?? I've already learned a good bit just from reading posts and thought i could learn some more. Thanks for all of the great posts and threads.

Basically..whatever you think you are going to need, bring it. You aren't going to be supplied w/ anything...treat it is as though you are going to summer camp for a month.
