CECS Public Health Scholarships?????

I'm applying to the Dartmouth's CECS program but their website doesn't provide any information about scholarships or any other kind of financial aid besides loans, and their tuition cost is quite prohibitive. Does any body knows about scholarships or grants for people pursuing a degree in public health, specially minorities?
