Canadian taking US Boards for Pedes Residency

Hi all,

I'm a DDS3 studying in Canada, and am planning to take the INDBE to apply for US pediatric residency programs next year.

When should I take the exam? When do American students typically take the exam? Is it required for me to have the exam result back by the time that I apply (Sept 2022), or should taking the exam in July/Aug this summer be sufficient, since the results will be out before the interviews at least?
