Please excuse me if this is a stupid question, (being blond and female is my excuse) having read the canadian food and drugs act, controlled drugs and substances etc I am still confused regarding specific prescription requirements
Where can I find out how long a prescription is valid from the date of writing? and if no interval specified between refills valid for length of time from first refill? Is this a province specific decision and not included in federal legislation? Are part supplies allowable and is there a specified time period any 'owings' must be collected? The NHS and UK drug tarriff now seems so simple...
