no law against it. with that said, it is unusual that someone would travel to another state to fill a control. It would likely trigger red flags for many and be difficult to fill.
I wouldn't go that far. It's not that uncommon for me to have to tell a patient that we don't have the C2 drug in stock and if they are traveling, they can take that script and get it filled at the location that they are traveling to.
