Can I count on my fingers during the OAT?

I know, this is such a particular question. My OAT is in a few weeks, and I often use my fingers for counting when I'm doing practice questions. Is this something that could get me in trouble during the actual exam? I don't do it in front of the screen or even in my own face, but usually in my lap under the table. I just don't want it to seem like I'm doing anything wrong..
