Can i apply to residency interviews without Step 2 CS but with my step 1 and step 2 CK score?

Welp, the question speaks for itself. Can i apply without my Step 2 CS grade, yet with the scores of the step 1 and step 2 CK?. Lets say i start applying in september, and i take my step 2 cs in mid november, maybe january, will i recieve less interviews because of that?

Wasn’t CS canceled for all of 2020?

Yeah but i mean, let's say i am applying in 2022 f.e. Non US- IMG btw
